Asia Pacific Medical Center – Iloilo recently hosted a successful Strategy Map Planning Seminar for its Board of Directors and Department Heads (July 19-21, 2024). This collaborative initiative focused on strategic discussions and creating a Strategic Map to chart the course to guide the hospital’s future direction and ensure continued excellence in healthcare delivery.
