APMCI Nurse Leaders certified Nurse Managers
Six (6) Nurse Leaders of the Nursing Service Division were recognized as Certified Level 3 Nurse Managers by the Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines, Inc. (ANSAP) during its 58th National Convention last April 3-4,2025 at the Manila Hotel.
This certification program assesses the competency of Nurse Leaders in different levels through various checklists which involves Planning,Organizing, Leading and Controlling. Acknowledged during the Gabi ng Parangal of the said convention were:
-One Miguel Farum,RN- Head Nurse-Critical care unit,
-Lariza Castañon,RN- Nurse Supervisor-5B,
-Karen Kaye Natividad,RN-Head Nurse-5B
-Sheila Patrona,RN- Head Nurse-Labor Room
-Rona Perando,RN-Head Nurse-Delivery Room
-Nergie John Reginio,RN-Nurse Supervisor-Operating Room Complex.
Moreover,our very own Nurse Director,Dr. Omar Montejo has retained his position as ANSAP’s National President as he gained the top spot during the election of the Board of Directors.
